Current Active Program
Teen Girls Group Therapy
Our Teen Girls Group Therapy Program is currently in session and provides a supportive space for adolescent girls to strengthen emotional wellness and build meaningful peer connections.

The teenage years can bring changes in friendships, identity, emotions, and increased academic and social pressures. This group offers a safe, confidential, and supportive environment where participants can share experiences and learn practical coping skills guided by trained professionals.
