Simone Roby  |

Hi there, my name is Simone Roby, and I graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology.

My goal is to be a therapist who ensures my clients feel heard, valued, and affirmed. This is especially important to me as a member of the LGBTQ+ community. I specialize in working with people of color, members of the LGBTQ+ community, young adults, students, and early career professionals.

I work alongside clients to assist them in developing awareness, understanding, and compassion for themselves. I want to help you unlearn harmful beliefs, form more growthful habits, and unburden the difficult emotions you carry. I take a strength-based and integrative relational approach, where clients are acknowledged as the experts of their own experiences. My role is to provide a safe, authentic environment where we can work together to facilitate your growth and change. I look forward to being a part of your healing journey.

Alyson Godbolt  |

Hello! I’m a licensed professional counselor with a master's degree in counseling psychology from The Chicago School. My goal is to create a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their unique experiences, develop self-curiosity, and move toward healing.

I work with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. I have a particular passion for supporting BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities and strive to bring a compassionate, culturally responsive, and affirming approach to my work.

I believe in what I call “emotional justice”—creating space for people to understand and honor their emotions, experiences, and identities, especially when they may not have always had the opportunity to do so. I integrate holistic, somatic, and culturally competent approaches into therapy, while also making room for spirituality when it aligns with my clients’ values and needs.

Above all, I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, heard, respected, and empowered to better understand yourself, your journey and the world at large.
